What is your favorite memory in this zone?

My favorite memory is growing up playing football in the neighborhood. Also, going to Melrose football games, watching them win and the whole tailgating experience.

Why are you motivated to serve as a zone captain?

When I left for college I saw a need for a better community. I always dreamed of being in a place to give back. I wanted to give back to the people that invested in me as a child. That drive lead me to this point of being a Zone Captain.

What do you hope to see in Orange Mound in the future?

I would like to see a renaissance in Orange Mound. I want to bring it back to its prime days, not only in terms of education and economy, but holistically as well.  I want to see all the resources supplied within the Orange Mound neighborhood.

What other organizations are you apart of?

Church Member of The Word Church, NAACP, Student  at the University of Memphis, and Supporter of Shelby County Democratic Party
